“Connection failed” is displayed when using Veeam Explorers and a user with the “Global Administrator” role
Solution :
Update Veeam Explorers.
To connect to the backup infrastructure using Veeam Explorers, it is mandatory to update them after a setup of a Veeam Backup & Replication server or after a backup Infrastructure upgrade by Sherweb.
