Getting Started with ThreatDown
ThreatDown by Malwarebytes is a cybersecurity platform designed to help businesses and managed service providers (MSPs) protect their endpoints, users, and data through a single, easy-to-manage solution. Built on Malwarebytes' award-winning threat detection technology, ThreatDown combines prevention, detection, response, and remediation capabilities to defend against modern cyber threats, including ransomware, malware, phishing attacks, and zero-day exploits. The platform is cloud-managed, quick to deploy, and designed to reduce security complexity for IT teams.
ThreatDown delivers comprehensive protection through AI-powered Endpoint Protection and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), helping organizations prevent, detect, and remediate threats in real time. The platform also includes 24/7 Managed Detection & Response (MDR) services, vulnerability and patch management to reduce security risks, and DNS filtering to block malicious websites and phishing attempts before users are exposed. Managed through a single cloud-based console, ThreatDown provides enterprise-grade security that is simple to deploy, manage, and scale.

How do I create sites and manage subscriptions?
Once you have activated the ThreatDown OneView partner portal via Cumulus, you will need to create your client organizations (sites) directly in OneView. You will then be able to assign and manage licenses on your sites. To learn more about site creating and license management, please refer to this article: ThreatDown Site and License Management.
How will ThreatDown be billed?
You can read about ThreatDown billing here.
Are free trials available?
Yes, trials are available for ThreatDown.
14 or 28 day trials can be provisioned within the OneView portal.
Trials do not auto-convert to paid, unless you select “Automatically convert to paid at the end of the trial” and protection of these sites will stop once the trial period ends.
Partners can use the “Subscriptions” section of this document to add a trial
Are NFR (not-for-resale) accounts available?
Eligible partners can request up to 20 Core NFR licenses, which include:
Incident Response
