Synopsis

This guide explains how to create a vendor account using Sherweb’s new vendor management feature. 

Prerequisite

You must be assigned permissions that allow you to create organizations.  

How to

1. Log in to your Cumulus account.
    

2. On the left-hand side menu, select Vendors to see a full list of vendors for which you can create a partner account.
   
    

3. On the right-hand side, select Setup for the vendor you wish to create an account for.
    

4. Complete the required fields and click Submit.
   
   
   Note: Not all vendors will have the same required fields during Setup. As another example, the below vendor requires an active Subscription ID to provision:
    

   

    

5. You will receive two emails:

   • The first, from Sherweb, detailing how and what to use your vendor account for.

   • A second will be the activation email from the vendor to enable your account.
     
      

6. Follow the instructions in the vendor's email to get started on provisioning licenses.
