Invoicing

  • Sherweb's reconciliation engine will gather actual usage from NordStellar once per month on the 1st of the month when the monthly billing period is completed, and send billable units directly to Sherweb's billing engine for inclusion on your monthly scheduled invoice.

  • Usage is billed at the MSP level rather than per organization.

  • Billing is done in arrears for the previous calendar month's usage.

  • NordStellar does not have proration. Rather than proration, billing is based off high-watermark billing for a billable month.

  • A month is considered billable if:

    • A trial is converted to paid within the same month it was started, the entire month will be a billable month. As an example, if a trial is started on November 2nd and is auto-converted to paid on November 16th, the entire month of November will appear as billable.

    • A trial is started in one month, and auto-converts in the proceeding month, only the proceeding month will be a billable month. As an example, if a trial is started on November 28th, and is auto-converted to paid on December 6th, only December will appear as a billable month.
