Invoicing

• Sherweb's reconciliation engine will gather actual usage from Commvault once per month, when the monthly billing period is completed on the 2nd of the month, and send billable units directly to Sherweb’s billing engine for inclusion on your regular monthly scheduled invoice.

• Billing is done in arrears for the previous month's usage.

• Any overages will be shown on your invoice per SKU/unit type.
