Invoicing

• Billing is based in arrears for the usage recorded by Keeper on the 2nd of the previous month.
• Licenses are only charged for the days that they were in use.
• Dedicated services and support are billed for an entire month is activated even just for a single day.

Trial

• 14 days trials are available for newly created MSP accounts.
• The MSP account is always newly created as a trial.
• Trails are automatically converted to paid after the 14 days.
• All orgs under the MSP account are included with the 14 day trial. (If an organization is created after the 14 days they do not receive any trial duration)

Not For Resale (NFR)

• All internal MSP account users require the "KeeperMSP Internal License" SKU to receive MSP pricing.
• This MSP licensing allows for full access to the Keeper platform along with management capabilities for managed companies.
• All Enterprise Plus SKU functionalities are included but at a different price.
