Keepit - Grant temporary access to Sherweb Technical Support
Before you begin
Keepit is a zero-trust service, which means Sherweb's support team cannot access your portal to troubleshoot an issue. In some specific cases, Sherweb's technical advisor may request a user to be created to assist you resolve the matter more efficiently.
Creating the Sherweb support user
In the lower-left corner, select the Account profile > Account info.
Go to the Users tab and click the + icon in the toolbar.
On the user creation page that opened:
Username: support+<your Sherweb support ticket number>@sherweb.com
Example: support+755583@sherweb.com
Email Address: support+<your Sherweb support ticket number>@sherweb.com
User role: Select the role Full Support and click Next.
Documentation on the accesses this will grant Sherweb can be reviewed here.
Note: In rare cases where the Full Support role does not grant access to the problematic section of the portal, the Sherweb technical advisor may ask you to change the role to Master Admin.
- Enable Expiration Date and set it to 7 days later.
Review the user details and settings, and then click Create.
