How to recover a lost password

Synopsis

This guide will help you recover your Account Manager password if you forget it.

Prerequisite

  •  a SherWeb hosted account

How to

  1. Go to Sherweb's Web site.
  2. Click on Login, located on the upper right-side of the page.
  3. Click on the account manager link.
  4. Click on Lost password.
  5. Enter your Sherweb hosted email address in the Email field, and then type the two words displayed in the appropriate box.
  6. Click on Submit. An email will be sent to you shortly with your new password.

Note: If you wish to have your contact email address changed, please fill out the form “General contact information change request” and then fax it to Sherweb.
