Mark as Spam

All incoming emails pass through the Spam filter and are given a Spam score: zero (0) or lower being the safest. Adjust the settings to define how incoming emails are filtered. Move the slider to define which Spam scores you wish to be marked as 'junk' and sent to the 'Junk Email' folder.

Level 1: score of 8 or more is Spam - 7 or lower is not spam
Level 2: score of 7 or more is Spam - 6 or lower is not spam
Level 3: score of 6 or more is Spam - 5 or lower is not spam
Level 4 (default): score of 5 or more is Spam - 4 or lower is not spam

Quarantine all email marked as junk

Greylisting

Greylisting is a recognized and effective tool used to fight spam. It critically limits the amount of emails our servers accept from IPs that have not sent a consistent amount of legitimate mail to our users over a long period of time.

Whitelist & Blacklist

In the Whitelist field, add an email address, a domain name, '@' + a domain name, or an IP address. Do the same for the Blacklist field. Please add only one entry per line.

There are 4 accepted types of entries that can be added to your whitelist and blacklist settings:

Complete or partial email addresses

Complete IP addresses

  • 1.1.1.1

IP address range

  •  1.1.1.1-1.1.1.5

IP address range in CIDR format

  • 1.1.1.1/24

Note: Items in your Whitelist override items in your Blacklist. If bob.com is in both your Whitelist and your Blacklist, emails from bob.com will be delivered.
