How to remove an email alias from an Exchange user account

Synopsis

This guide will show you how to remove an email alias from an Exchange user account.

Prerequisite

 A Sherweb hosted Exchange account

How to

  1. Log in to the Control Panel.
     
  2. Under your organization, select the user you would like to remove the email aliases from and click Edit in the Mailbox tasks list.
     
  3. In the list of aliases, click on Remove besides any needed alias.
     
  4. Click on Save.
