How to organize your contacts in Lync 2013


This article explains how to organize your contacts in Microsoft Lync 2013.


You must have a hosted Lync 2013 account with Sherweb.

How to

1. Start Lync 2013.

Create a group 

2. To create groups, right-click on an existing group and click on Create New Group.

3. Give your new group a name and press Enter on the keyboard.


Move, rename or delete a group

4. Right-click on any group to move it up or down, rename it or delete it.
