How to assign a mailbox to a user.

Prerequisite

You must have a Sherweb hosted Exchange account

How to

1. Log into the Control Panel.

 

2. Select the user for whom you wish to assign a mailbox.

 

 

3. Click on Create, located in the Mailbox section under Tasks.

 

 

4. Enter the user's email address, select your plan and then click on Save.
