Synopsis

How to delete a mailbox in the Control Panel.

You must have a Sherweb Hosted Exchange account.

This method deletes the mailbox, but not the user. When a user is deleted, all associated services are also deleted.

1) Log into the Control Panel.

2) Select the user for whom you wish to delete the mailbox.

3) Click on Delete, located in the Mailbox section under Tasks.

4) Click on Yes to delete the mailbox.
