How to test phone latency and call quality
This guide will show you how to test phone latency and call quality
You must a have a Cloud PBX account with Sherweb.
The procedure below can be used if you feel there may be latency (a delay) between your phone and the Cloud PBX server, or if you wish to test the audio quality.
From any phone or soft phone:
1. Dial *44
2. After the prompt, speak into the phone: your own voice will be replayed back to you.
