Follow the procedure below if you have a non-SSO SentineOne user who has forgotten their password. 


You must be a SentinelOne user with an Admin role.

How to

  1. Log in to your SentinelOne console.
  2. Go to the Users tab and navigate to the user whose password you want to rest.
  3. Once the user is selected, click the Actions dropdown menu, and choose Send Reset Password Email.

    Note: Your menu options may differ depending on your permission level.
