Follow the procedure below if you have a non-SSO SentineOne user who has forgotten their password.
You must be a SentinelOne user with an Admin role.
- Log in to your SentinelOne console.
- Go to the Users tab and navigate to the user whose password you want to rest.
- Once the user is selected, click the Actions dropdown menu, and choose Send Reset Password Email.
Note: Your menu options may differ depending on your permission level.
