Once your Nerdio Partner account is linked to Sherweb, you are free to create Nerdio Accounts for your customers directly inside your instance of NMM.
Sherweb will synchronize with Nerdio once per day to detect any new customers. These customers will then be linked to an organization under your Cumulus Partner account. Best effort is used to link to an existing organization, but if none is found, a new organization will appear in Cumulus to represent a Nerdio Account.
Usage is fetched from Nerdio once per day and will appear in the Cumulus sliding panel of your organizations that are using NMM. Usage consists of the average consumption for the current calendar month for the following three products:
- Nerdio Manager for MSP: Azure Virtual Desktop User
- Nerdio Manager for MSP: Intune-only User
- Nerdio Manager for MSP: Cloud PC-only User
Invoicing
NMM is invoiced using the average usage of each product for each organization for a full calendar month. Usage will be invoiced on the next scheduled monthly invoice following the end of the month.
Monthly invoices will contain line items for the following 3 products:
- Nerdio Manager for MSP: Azure Virtual Desktop User
- Nerdio Manager for MSP: Intune-only User
- Nerdio Manager for MSP: Cloud PC-only User
Only the products actually in use will appear on your invoice, under the Nerdio Manager for MSP activation SKU, as shown in the example below:
The invoiced amount will include any IUL/Not For Resale licences, which will be credited in a separate manual invoice (see separate manual invoice section below).
Separate manual invoice
Due to the way NMM usage is reported, it is necessary to issue an adjustment invoice once per month. This invoice will contain the following items:
- Credit for IUL/Not for resale licences
- IUL are benefits of the Nerdio “Partnerd” program, see https://getnerdio.com/partnerd-msp/ for details.
- Price control for the minimum account fee
- Nerdio has a 60 USD minimum price for all accounts. Accounts that do not meet this minimum will be billed for the difference.
- Price control for the Nerdio “Partnerd” program
- Partners that are enrolled in the Nerdio “Partnerd” program at a tier that requires a minimum monthly spend and do not meet that minimum will be charged for the difference.
