Setup Fee
Upon the integration of MTV into your Cumulus environment, billing will commence. Here's what you need to know about the setup fee:
- Billing Occasions: Expect a setup fee on two occasions:
- When your SKUs are provisioned.
- Upon the addition of new users/seats to your chosen base plan.
- The following SKUs have setup fees when activated:
- Managed Teams Voice – User Setup Fee
- Managed Teams Voice – Local Phone Number Setup Fee
- Managed Teams Voice – Toll-free Minutes Setup Fee
- Managed Teams Voice – Auxiliary Device Setup Fee
- Managed Teams Voice – SMS Plan Setup Fee
- Important Notes:
- A manual invoice will be issued by our Billing team when changes are made outside of your regular billing cycle.
- Setup fees are applicable for net new purchases only. Changes such as transitions between base plans (e.g., starter to advanced), or updates to contact information, do not incur setup fees.
- Setup fees apply even for Not For Resale (NFR) accounts.
Monthly User Fee
All SKU fees will be included in your regular invoice. Noteworthy points regarding user fees:
- Pro-rated Billing: All SKUs are pro-rated daily to ensure fair and accurate billing.
