Account provisioning

Once your Partner account has been created, an email will be sent to you directly from ACPC. Click Activate account.


Choose a password and accept the ACPC terms and conditions.


Atera and Acronis – Atera Support



Review the pre-populated company information (Legal company name and Country).



Create your billing, technical and business contacts. You can select the existing contact and modify them to have some or all of these roles by checking the boxes, Use the same contact for Business contact and Use the same contact for Technical contact.



Alternatively, you can create new users by selecting Create a new contact, filling in the fields and assigning them a role.



 

You will then be redirected to the ACPC portal where you will be prompted to connect you RMM. If not required, select Skip for now or Don't ask again.


 

You are now be able to create and manage your customers in the ACPC portal.

Can I transfer my current ACPC licenses to Sherweb?

Yes. If you would like to transfer your current ACPC business to Sherweb, please contact your Sherweb Sales representative.

Are free trials available?

Yes, there are two types of trials.


Partner

All new ACPC Partners who sign up for a commitment-based offer are activated by Sherweb with a trial account. Partner trial accounts are converted to paid on the last day of each month.


Organization

When you create an organization in the portal, you have the option to apply a free trial. Trial accounts for organizations are converted to paid on the last day of each month.
