Important Additional Information
- The Partner must have SentinelOne under Sherweb to obtain initial access to the Partner Portal.
- If the partner has previously had access to the Partner Portal through a different provider, if that is the case, the Partner can request that the previous provider advise SentinelOne that the Partner is moving to a different distributor so the association with the previous provider can be removed.

- The Partner University limits the number of people that are eligible to receive certifications. Only 5 users can be provided access to SentinelOne University's technical courses in SentinelOne's Partner University. This will be the first 5 users to launch the Partner University link.
- The 6th user (and up) will get access only to Partner University access offering mostly sales and pre-sales content. However, partners can also get access to SentinelOne's basic courses like "Getting Started with SentinelOne" and troubleshooting.
- There is no limit to the amount of users that can have access to the Partner Portal offering mostly sales and pre-sales content.
- To change which users have access to the SentinelOne University's technical courses, a support request can be opened.
How to request access
- SentinelOne must be activated with Sherweb and a request to access to the Partner Portal can be made using the link: https://partners.sentinelone.com/English/register_email_sherweb.aspx
- On the registration page, you will need to add your company email address and click on next.
Note: The email address must be a corporate domain address and cannot be any public domain (i.e. gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.) or registration will automatically be rejected.- If your email has been used in the past to register, you will receive the following error:

- After clicking submit, you will be redirected to 2 different screens:

- If someone from your company has already gone through the registration process using the same domain and they have been approved, you will be redirected to this page where you can select your company. If the company that is displayed is not yours, you should select No which will trigger an approval request for Sherweb to review.

- Once the request is submitted, a few things can happen:
- If the request needs to be reviewed, you will receive an automatic email from SentinelOne advising that the request is under review. For these scenarios, see the next steps below for the rest of the process.
- If you receive an automated email advising their request has been denied, this means you have tried to register using a free domain (gmail.com, outlook.com, etc.). You will need to restart the approval process and use your corporate email address.
*If you did not use a free domain and you received an automatic rejection email stating to contact SentinelOne directly - Sherweb will not be able to explain the rejection and you will need to contact SentinelOne via submitting a ticket in the Support Portal, [email protected] or 1-855-868-3733 for more details. - If your registration is automatically approved, you will receive an email with your credentials to access the Partner Portal. For manual approvals, you will receive the same email once approved.
