Validate which Partner Program the Partner is on using the following steps:
- Go to admin2 and search using the Partner Name :
- Select the Partner Name and verify the Partner Program displayed after the name of the account.
- If it appears as Legacy Partner Program – you must submit a request to Product Ops using C2 asking to change the Partner Program of the account to the New Partner Program and include the Cumulus URL. The request to initiate the transfer is not to be submitted in the Partner Center before Product Ops advises that the account is on the new Partner Program:
