Getting started with DefensX

Thank you for choosing Sherweb as your DefensX provider! DefensX is committed to providing top-notch cybersecurity solutions that protect businesses from evolving digital threats. Your partner account should have been created in the DefensX management platform during the initial provisioning process. You will receive an email with instructions to go to the DefensX management platform, where you can provision customers.

Are free trials available?

Yes, there are 14 day free trials that are available to end clients and auto-convert to the selected paid subscription at the end of the trial. If no Initial Subscription is selected, the default is Premium.


Are NRF (not-for-retail) accounts available?

Yes. NFR licenses are enabled for MSPs for internal and testing purposes. Each MSP will have enabled for their account 25 Premium NFR licenses. Core and Core+ NFR licenses are enabled upon the activation of those products in the partner's account. Classic-DNS is not included, but can be enabled as paid licenses. NFR licenses do not expire. Additions internal licences (above the initial 25) are charged on your monthly invoice.
