Getting started with ConnectSecure

Thank you for choosing Sherweb as your ConnectSecure provider! ConnectSecure is a comprehensive vulnerability and compliance management scanning solution that combines comprehensive asset discovery and vulnerability detection with intelligent remediation, giving MSPs the power to proactively secure their clients IT infrastructure, thereby reducing their risk. It offers a range of features including multi-tenancy in a single pane of glass, integrations with MSP and MSSP tools, risk assessments, continuous internal scanning, external IP scans, compliance scans, active directory assessments, application patching, and customizable reporting.

 

Your partner account should have been created in the ConnectSecure admin portal during the initial provisioning process. You will receive an email with instructions to go to the ConnectSecure portal, where you can enroll customers, configure white-label settings, enable free trials, and deploy the solution in minutes.

Are free trials available?

Yes, 14-day free trials are automatically activated upon account creation.

  • Trials auto-convert to the Bronze plan.

    • By default, all new trial accounts start with the Silver SKU. After the 14-day trial period they will be auto converted to Bronze.

    • Features such as Google, WAS and M365 integrations will be enabled for setup under Integrations, during your Silver Trial and Cloud Assessment module for the company will be activated. 

  • ConnectSecure will charge a partner even if they have 0 assets deployed. The charge will be for the lowest tier of the chosen plan (Bronze or Silver)

 

Are NFR (not-for-resale) accounts available?
