Invoicing

Sherweb's reconciliation engine will gather actual usage from ConnectSecure on the 1st of each month, and send billable units directly to Sherweb’s billing engine for inclusion on your regular monthly invoice. 

Billing cycle

• The ConnectSecure billing cycle is from the 1st to the last day of the month.

• Your Billing Tiered Volume is calculated based on the total number of assets across all of your customers.

• Connectsecure will charge a partner even if they have 0 assets deployed. the charge will be for the lowest tier of the chosen plan (Bronze or Silver)

Tiers

• Up to 1,500 assets
• Up to 2,500 assets
• Up to 5,000 assets
• Up to 7,500 assets
• Up to 10,000 assets
• Over 10,000 assets 
   

High Watermark

• High watermark is used to determine billing, and reflects the highest number of assets from the 1st to the last day of the month.

Billing Process

• If the high watermark exceeds the subscribed tier (see above), the invoice is set to the new tier. 

• You will be billed for the Tier that your total number of assets across all of your customers falls into.

Plans

• There are 2 plans (Bronze and Silver).
• Mixing and matching is not possible, therefore all of your customers must be provisioned with the same plan.
