This guide explains how to manage your voicemail box and settings from the control panel
Prerequisite
You must be a Sherweb VoIP Cloud Services user
How to
From the online portal you can:
change the email address used for voicemail notifications
play and upload your voicemail greetings
Log in to the online portal and go to the CLOUD PBX tab, then expand the VOICEMAIL option.
Setup voicemail notification methods
Under Action you can choose which method to use for voicemail to email notification method. In the email field you can change the email address the voicemail notifications will be sent to depending on the method chosen.
Play and upload your voicemail greetings
In the greetings section you can play and upload different greetings and chose which one is active by clicking on the circle beside the type of greeting and then hitting save.
