  2. API Access: Verify that API access is enabled for your Microsoft 365 account. This allows Dropsuite to communicate with Microsoft 365 services.
  3. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): If MFA is enabled for your Microsoft 365  account, ensure that you have configured app passwords or other methods to allow Dropsuite to authenticate.

Workload Configuration

After setting up the authentication, you need to configure the workloads that Dropsuite will back up. Here are the detailed steps:

  1. Select Workloads: In the Dropsuite portal, navigate to the workload configuration settings. Select the workloads you want to back up, such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
  2. Configure Backup Settings: For each selected workload, configure the backup settings. This includes setting the backup frequency, retention policies, and any specific data types you want to include or exclude from the backup.
  3. Save Configuration: Once you have configured the backup settings for each workload, save the configuration. Dropsuite will now start backing up the selected workloads according to the specified settings.
