Invoicing
Sherweb will collect actual HacWare usage on the 15th of each month, covering the period from the 16th of the previous month to the 15th of the current month. This snapshot determines the number of users per product and sends the billable units to Sherweb’s billing system for inclusion in your monthly invoice.
⚠️ Note: HacWare does not offer prorated billing. For example, if you purchase or transfer on May 14th, you’ll be billed for the full month on May 15th (covering April 16–May 15).
Minimum License Requirement
To maintain your partner status, you must have a minimum of 20 active licenses across all your managed clients. This is a partner-level requirement, meaning it applies to your entire account—not per individual client.
Billing
You will be billed monthly for no fewer than 20 licenses, regardless of actual usage. If you provision fewer than 20 licenses during a billing period, billing will still default to 20 licenses.
These licenses will be billed at the higher pricing tier based on the HacWare product suite you’ve selected.
💡 Example:
If you have 12 active licenses across all clients on September 15th, you will still be billed for 20 licenses at your selected pricing tier.
License Capture Date
License usage is measured on the 15th day of each calendar month (“License Capture Date”). The number of active licenses recorded on this date determines your billable license volume for that billing period.
📌 However, billing will never fall below 20 licenses, even if fewer are in use.
