Description

After the creation of a license, the license cannot be assigned to the organization because the desired company is missing from the list of organizations.

Cause

This behavior can occur if the organization was previously offboarded and onboarded again.

 

The organization did not get created in Pulse with the second onboarding as it already exists. The mapping between the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) and Pulse is not in place.

Solution

Requirements

  • Only users with the one of the following roles assigned can proceed with this procedure: Service Provider Global Administrator, Service Provider Administrator.

Procedure

  1. From the Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC) portal, click on Configuration.

     



     

  2. Click on Plugin Library, then click on VCSP Pulse Portal.



     

  3. From the VCSP Pulse portal, click on Companies.

     


     

  4. Select the unmapped company in Pulse and create a mapping with the unmapped company in Veeam Service Provider Console (VSPC).

     


     

     

  5. All companies should now be mapped.

     




     

  6. You can now assign Veeam licenses to the company.
