What can you expect from the My Tenants feature?

Overview

Monitor the status of your tenants, track their subscriptions, and quickly access remediation actions when needed.

Displayed data

List of all your tenants that are or have been onboarded in Office Protect and their:

• Status and type of the subscription (Standard or Trial - there is not distinction between Core and Alliance offers as of now).
• Trial expiration date, if any.
• Application status:
  • If a tenant is being setup, a loader is displayed in the side menu and you can navigate from the table to the setup page.
  • If a tenant setup has failed, a red icon is displayed in the side menu and you can navigate from the table to the setup page.
  • If an application is in critical state, a red icon is displayed in the side menu and you can navigate from the table to the Health Status page to remediate issues.
  • If a setup requires an action (authorization required), you can navigate from the table to the setup authorization page.
• Number of billable licenses; number of users that are licensed in the tenant. You can generate an advanced report from the side menu to get the details.
