How to escalate an onboarding or support request to So Smart
For all onboarding and support inquires concerning So Smart, a ticket can be submitted by selecting the « contact us » button found in the bottom right-hand corner of the So Smart website.
The option seen here:
You will then be directed to a contact form that when completed will submit a ticket request to the respective team. The form you will be directed to should resemble the following:
Hours of operation
Business Hours
So Smart business hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM EST.
Off-hours
Holidays and weekends So Smart representatives will be unavailable.
