Invoicing

• The reconciliation Engine will gather actual usage from Afi once per month, when the monthly billing period is completed, and send billable units directly to Sherweb’s billing engine for inclusion on the partner’s regular monthly scheduled invoice.

• Afi's billing cycle is on the 1st of every month.

Subscriptions

• Mid-monthly subscription changes will be period based. Should the license count change a new period will be created which in turn a pro rated amount will be present.

• Subscriptions include both user, and Infrastructure backups:

  • User Backups:

    • Afi M365 User Backup

    • Afi Google Workspace User Backup

  • Infrastructure Backups:

    • Afi Azure Backup License

    • Afi AWS Backup License

    • Afi Kubernetes Backup License
