Invoicing

• Sherweb's reconciliation engine will gather actual usage from Palisade once per month on the 1st of the month, when the monthly billing period is completed, and send billable units directly to Sherweb’s billing engine for inclusion on a partner’s regular monthly scheduled invoice.
• There is no proration available. Once a domain is active for a single day during a billing month, it is considered billable for the entire month.
• Palisade's billable units are per active domain tier as seen in the “Subscriptions” section.
• Palisade's billing model will work off of a blended pricing model. For more details on pricing, please reference our Partner Portal, or contact the Sherweb sales department.
