How will Huntress be billed?

Read about Huntress billing here.

Are free trials available?

Yes, free trials are available.

  • Trials are started as soon as an account is created.

  • All trials are 14 days long regardless of the product.

  • Regardless of if a paid subscription has been added during the 14 day trial period for a product, billing will not start until the day after the 14 day trial ends.

Are NFR (not-for-resale) accounts available?

Yes, NFR offers are available through their Neighborhood Watch program (NHW):

  • How to obtain an NFR:

    1. Reach out to Huntress using one of the methods outlined in this article.

    2. Huntress will verify with you what your internal usage is, if any.

    3. Huntress will set up the discussed allocated units for you

  • NFR offers are available for all offers with a maximum of 20 units of all products. Should more be required this should be requested when reaching out to Huntress for available options.

  • To be able to activate an NFR offer it must be for a product that has an existing paid subscription.

    • As an example, if you are only paying for an EDR subscription, this would be the only product you would be able to get an NFR offer for. You would not have access to ITDR for example.

  • Once you have been given access to an NFR offer you will be able to see a banner on your dashboard indicating you are part of the Neighborhood Watch program (NHW).
