Are free trials available?
Free trials are available on the BrainStorm platform.
When provisioning licenses for a customer within the BrainStorm platform, you will have the option to set the expiration to a trial license. Also seen here:
The length of a trial will be determined by the pack chosen, and will be displayed when provisioning the trial.
Trials are not automatically converted to paid upon completion. It will be required for an admin user to assign paid licensing from the MSP account.
Are NFR (not-for-resale) accounts available?
Yes, NFR offers are available.
All MSP tenants have the availability to use the MSP tenant as an NFR for all users for 12 months.
After the 12 months if you have not met the needed MRR (monthly recurring revenue) for each client account under your MSP tenant, your MSP tenant will be switched to paid. For more information on the MRR needing to be reached, please reach out to your Sherweb sales team.
