Invoicing

  • Sherweb's reconciliation engine will gather actual usage from HelpGhost once per month, on the last day of the month when the monthly billing period is completed, and send billable units directly to Sherweb’s billing engine for inclusion on your regularly monthly scheduled invoice.

  • Billing is based on a tiered per seat model.

  • Proration not applicable

  • HelpGhost Tier 1 (Seats 1-5)

  • HelpGhost Tier 2 (Seats 6-10)

  • HelpGhost Tier 3 (Seats 11-15)

  • HelpGhost Tier 4 (Seats 16-20+)
