Invoicing
ThreatMate is billed from the 1st to the last day of the month.
ThreatMate is billed based on the high watermark for the previous month's usage.
Billable assets include all assets that ThreatMate is actively monitoring. Each unique asset is counted once, regardless of how many scans or integrations cover it. Assets include:
Internal Hosts — Devices on your internal network discovered by an agent (servers, workstations, network equipment).
External Hosts — Internet-facing assets such as domains, IPs, and services monitored through external scans.
Cloud Users — Licensed users from integrated cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Duo). Each unique licensed user counts as one billable asset.

Trial
Upon activation of your partner account, you will automatically receive a free 14-day trial that will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. If you do not want to keep your trial and avoid a charge of the 250-asset minimum usage, delete your ThreatMate partner account in the Cumulus Vendor tab under Management, Accounts.
Not For Resale (NFR)
NFR offers are unavailable for ThreatMate.
