Invoicing

• The reconciliation Engine will gather actual usage from Kalibr8 once per month, when the monthly billing period is completed, and send billable units directly to Sherweb’s billing engine for inclusion on Partner’s regular monthly scheduled invoice.

• Kalibr8’s Billing cycle is calculated based on a % of previous month Azure usage for each Azure Subscription linked to Kalibr8.

Licensing

• Partners purchasing Kalibr8 can have an unlimited number of users.

• There are no licensing / subscription fees. Charges are purely based on a % of Azure usage tracked from the previous calendar month.

How to cancel / remove Kalibr8

• Please contact cloudsupport@sherweb.com. Our support team will work with Kalibr8 to remove Kalibr8.
