This article will explain the process to remove a Nerdio subscription from the Sherweb partner portal, and the steps that should be followed to get to the point of removal.
Requirements
You are a partner
Have an Azure subscription ID
This does not work for advisors or direct clients
Procedure
- Before your subscription can be removed from the partner portal, you should remove the Nerdio Manager from the Azure environment as seen here.
- This action only removes the account record from the Nerdio Manager database.
- This will not make any changes to the customer's Azure environment.
To have the subscription removed from the Sherweb Partner Portal, and/or delete the organization, a partner must wait until their next billing cycle is completed to ensure all usage is reconciled.
When no further usage is reported to the organization in the Partner Portal, the organization can be deleted.
