How Proofpoint billing works

This article explains how Sherweb bills its Proofpoint retail and partner clients.

Prerequisite

You must have a Proofpoint account with Sherweb.

How to

Retail clients

Billing follows the pre-bill formula. We charge clients at the beginning of their billing cycle. After account creation, we bill for each Proofpoint user with an email address within the associated domain. After the initial period we will adjust the number of users based on usage.

Partners

Billing follows the post-bill formula. We charge clients at the end of their billing cycle. Any user with ProofPoint is charged.
