Invoicing

Per license

When a license is assigned to a single user, the billing is per license. Each user can protect up to three (3) devices with one (1) license. Adding more devices would require an additional license.

Per Device

When a single device is used by multiple users, the billing is per device, e.g., a device in a hospital or a call centre.

Each 2nd of the month, Sherweb collects usage data from the previous month from DefensX and bills the partner on their next Cumulus invoice.
