Invoicing

  • The reconciliation engine will gather actual usage from NordLayer on the 2nd of each month, when the monthly billing period is completed, and send billable units directly to Sherweb’s billing engine for inclusion on your regular monthly invoice.
  • NordLayer’s Billing cycle is calculated on the 1st day of each month and is based on the previous month's maximum members, servers, and plan for each organization.
    • Billing is usage-based on the high-water mark for the month. For any given month billing is based on the most expensive license used and highest number of licenses used during the month.

 

Subscriptions

A user can use up to 6 devices with the same NordLayer account.

 

You can add as many user accounts as you need at any time. Charges for any additional licenses will be prorated.

How to downgrade subscriptions in Nordlayer

  • Users can only upgrade to a higher tier on their own. To select a lower tier, please contact NordLayer support by using the online chat at https://help.nordlayer.com/docs or by writing to support@nordlayer.com.
  • Any downgrades done during a month will still be billed at the higher-level license for that month.  The downgrade billing will apply for the next month on the next billing cycle
