This article explains how to submit and manage Sherweb Partner-to-Partner (P2P) transfer requests.

Before submitting a transfer request, we strongly recommend reviewing the Sherweb NCE Mid-Term (P2P) Transfer Guide. The full guide explains the transfer process, eligibility requirements, billing considerations, Azure-specific requirements, and important limitations.

Before You Submit a Transfer Request

Before a P2P transfer request can be submitted, the following prerequisites must be completed within the Sherweb Portal:

  • Create the organizations that will receive the transferred subscriptions

  • Link the Microsoft 365 tenant(s) to the organizations

  • Accept the required GDAP relationships

  • Accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA)

  • Have an active Azure Plan (required for any Azure subscriptions to be transferred)

These steps are mandatory and must be completed before a transfer request can be processed.

For detailed instructions, refer to the CSP Transfer Guide and associated setup documentation.

Additional Recommendations

Before submitting a request, we also recommend that you:

  • Confirm your current CSP participates in Microsoft P2P transfers.

  • Inform your current CSP that a transfer request will be submitted.

  • Review customer communication requirements.

  • Review Azure transfer considerations if Azure subscriptions will be included.

  • Review any limitations related to EST subscriptions, promotions, or unsupported offers.

Submit a New P2P Transfer Request

Once the required setup has been completed, you can submit a new transfer request using the Sherweb P2P Transfer form.

The form will guide you through the information required for Sherweb to initiate the transfer process.

Depending on the transfer scenario, additional information may be requested by the Sherweb onboarding team, such as:

  • Subscription exports

  • Screenshots

  • Tenant information

  • Confirmation from the current CSP
