Getting started with Nerdio

Thank you for choosing Sherweb as your Nerdio partner.

Nerdio Manager for MSP is a powerful management platform designed for managed service providers to simplify and automate the deployment, management, and optimization of Microsoft cloud environments across multiple tenants. It focuses on Azure‑based services, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune, helping MSPs streamline operations, control costs, and scale efficiently.

Once the initial provisioning is completed in Cumulus, you will receive an onboarding email from Sherweb with instructions to access Nerdio Manager for MSP, along with useful links and Sherweb support contacts to guide you through your Nerdio experience.

If you are new to Nerdio, one of our Azure Business Development Managers will introduce you to a Nerdio Go‑Live Engineer, who will provide guidance and training to help you effectively leverage Nerdio Manager for MSP in your environment.

Are free trials available?

Free trials are unavailable for Nerdio Manager for MSP.

Are NFR (not-for-resale) accounts available?

Nerdio offers NFR or “Internal Use Licenses” (IUL) by offering credits that can be allocated to IUL licenses based on your agreement with Nerdio.

How do IULs work with Nerdio Manager for MSP? 

  1. A partner can designate any one of the Nerdio Manager accounts as an IUL account.

  2. A partner can designate a Nerdio Manager account as an IUL account by selecting Set IUL on the Accounts window:

  3. A partner can designate another Nerdio Manager account as the IUL account at any point.

  4. The ability to designate an account as IUL account is available to MSP Admins only. It is not available to the partner’s MSP Help Desk, MSP Sales, or MSP Billing Admin user roles.

  5. When an IUL account is destroyed, it is up to the partner to designate another account as an IUL.
