How to activate the PST import process in the Control Panel

Synopsis

How to activate the PST import process.

Prerequisite

You must have an Exchange account with Sherweb.

Note: The PST Import tool will not work for POP accounts.

How to

1) Log into the Control Panel.

2) Click on Activate data import in the Migration Section.

3) Check the Email Notification Box and enter your email address (must be valid) in the Email Notification field. Click on Activate data import.
