How to book a resource (equipment or room)
This article shows how to book an equipment or room by sending a meeting request using Outlook.
A Sherweb hosted Exchange account
1. From your Outlook mailbox, start a new meeting request.
2. Click on the Rooms button, next to the Location field.
3. Click on the name of the resource you would like to book (either equipment or room), then click on Resources.
Note: You can add multiple resources to your invitation. Just select each and click on Resources to book them.
4. Click on OK.
5. The resource is listed in both Location and invites (To...) fields.
