Synopsis

How to forward or redirect emails in the Control Panel.

Prerequisite

• You must have a Sherweb hosted Exchange account.
• You must have a Forward mailbox available.

How to

1. Log into the Control Panel.

2. Select the user for whom you wish to setup a redirection.

3. Click on Edit, located in the Mailbox section under Tasks.

4. Enter the email address you wish to forward your emails to in the Forwards to field, and then click on Save.
