How to create a distribution list in the Control Panel
Prerequisite
- You must have a Sherweb hosted Exchange account
How to
1. Log into the Control Panel.
2. Click on Manage distribution lists, located in the Exchange section under Tasks.
3. Click on Create a new distribution list.
4. Enter the name of the distribution list in the Name field, enter a display name in the Display Name field, select which user will be managing the list in the Managed by dropdown menu and click on Save.
5. Click on Edit members.
6. Put a checkmark in the boxes that are next to the users you wish to include in the distribution list membership and click on Save.
