How to download Outlook or Outlook for Mac

Synopsis

Prerequisite

You must have a Sherweb Hosted Exchange account.
You must have purchased Outlook licenses for your organization.

Note: If you already have Microsoft Office suite installed on your PC, please make sure you specify a different installation path when setting up this Outlook download.

How to

1) Log into the Control Panel.

2) Click on Downloads, located in the Organization section under Tasks.

3) Select the program you wish to download, the language, and then click on Download.

Note:
If you download Outlook, you will need the Product Key. The Product Key is already in the downloaded package, inside the file serial.txt. Follow these steps to activate your Outlook.

Note: If you are unsure whether to download the Outlook 32bits or Outlook 64bits, download the 32bits version. It is compatible with 32bits and 64bits operating systems.
