Why you haven't received any email notifications from QuickHelp

Prerequisite

You must have a QuickHelp account

How to

QuickHelp sends emails to users in certain situations, including:

  • account creation
  • password resets
  • assignment of playlists
  • addition to a group

 

If you or your users aren't receiving these emails, it may be that your IT department needs to whitelist the QuickHelp email server(s).

 

Please ensure that the following IP address and domain are whitelisted:

50.31.56.10
 *quickhelp.com
