What am I billed for? Is it per user or per tenant?
We bill you for any user in your tenant that has a Microsoft 365 license of any kind assigned to it. If a user does not have a license, we do not bill you for it. If however, in the future, you assign a license to an unlicensed user, Office Protect will start billing you for it.
What if I did not buy Microsoft 365 from Sherweb?
Office Protect queries your tenant and tells our billing platform how many Microsoft 365 licenses it found assigned to a user, and then bills you accordingly.
Is there a limit to how many tenants I can manage with Office Protect?
No: there is no limit to the number of tenants you can manage with Office Protect.
