Report customization allows you to create your own reports to better fit your business needs with our curated reports. With Report Customization, you can add or remove columns, reorder columns, filter data, and create a custom graph. You can then save your preference as a new report that will be available to run as One-Time or on a Schedule.
To create a new Custom Report, you need to open an already existing report (or run a new one) and click on Customize. This will take you to the Report Creator where you will be able to use the controls on the left side of the page to make your changes.
Once you are happy with your report, name your custom Report and save your changes. You will be taken to the Custom Report Manager, where you can see all the custom reports for your organizations. The new custom report will also be available in the Available Report field, in the New Report page.
In the Custom Report Manager, you will find all the created Custom Reports for your Organizations. Note that we regroup multiple tenants according to the Partner in the Partner Portal.
